Hypertension Nephrology Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to support our clinical research program. The role combines clinical care with research coordination and administrative support, ideal for a Medical Assistant with research exposure eager to grow in trials.

The candidate should have experience in clinical trials, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of study protocols and GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trials or medical practice setting.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Proficiency with EMR and data capture tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• IT proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Associate's degree in a science/health field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trial activities per protocol and ICH-GCP.
• Prepare materials and documentation for patient visits.
• Perform protocol-specific procedures and data collection.
• Maintain regulatory binders and source documents.
• Enter data and resolve queries.
• Verify records post-visit for protocol compliance.
• Support recruitment, visit tracking, scheduling, and financial tracking.
• Maintain audit-ready study files (paper and electronic).
• Provide admin support across trials.
• Assist providers with patient care workflows during visits.
• Collect medical histories and document clinical information.
• Perform vital signs, phlebotomy, and basic procedures.
