Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Valid Maryland License.
• Eligible to apply for staff privileges at area hospitals and dialysis units.

Responsibilities

• Round and provide nephrology care to ESRD patients on hemodialysis.
• Outpatient clinic follow-ups for CKD stages 1-5 and dialysis modality education.
• Manage anemia and other CKD complications; review labs and prescriptions.
• Assist the physician with inpatient rounding as needed.
