Qualifications

• Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the appropriate state.
• Current licensure as a nurse practitioner (NP) in the appropriate state.
• Current licensure as a physician assistant (PA) in the appropriate state.
• Certification in CPR essential.
• Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with non-encounter work.
• Participate in dialysis rounding, which constitutes 90% of the role.
• Provide care in clinic, hospital, and dialysis units across all phases of nephrology care.
• Support the integration of advanced practice providers and medical doctors.
• Work exclusively with adult patients (18+).

Skills

Experience in complex chronic disease management

Education

Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN)

Current licensure as a nurse practitioner (NP)

Current licensure as a physician assistant (PA)

Certification in CPR

National certification in applicable area
