Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program
• Less than 1 Year of Experience

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients by performing comprehensive or problem-focused exams and taking medical histories.
• Orders and interprets laboratory tests and other diagnostics.
• Prescribes and/or recommends drug therapies and other treatments per approved protocols.
• Develops outcomes-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
• Counsels patients and families on medical processes, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintains records of treatment plans and outcomes and initiates referrals as needed.
