Qualifications

• Experience in an office or clinic setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements identified plan through coordination of care with the interdisciplinary team
• Communicates pertinent patient data to staff in a timely manner
• Maintains infection prevention through standard precautions and hand hygiene
• Provides assistive care including ADLs, vitals, and wound care as indicated
• Supports lifelong learning and participates in department education activities
