Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to promote health and wellness.
• Communicate patient data and changes to appropriate staff promptly.
• Adhere to infection prevention standards and proper hand hygiene.
• Assist with activities of daily living and accurately measure vital signs.
• Support patient rooms and departments to maintain safe, welcoming environments.
• Remain within scope of practice and escalate questions to supervising clinician when needed.
