Eastern Nephrology Associates, PLLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our on-site nephrology care team in New Bern, NC. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision and support the physicians, APPs, and clinical staff with safe and timely patient care.

This on-site role requires real-time collaboration with providers, interaction with patients and caregivers, and HIPAA-compliant handling of health data.

Qualifications

• LPN license in NC/SC and at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Active BLS or ACLS certification preferred.
• On-site, patient-facing role requiring HIPAA-compliant data handling.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist physicians, APPs, and clinical team in nephrology care.
• Prepare patients for evaluation and document in EMR.
• Maintain accurate health data and patient confidentiality.
• Educate patients and coordinate referrals as directed.
