Qualifications

• Valid Colorado license as a Registered Nurse.
• Full Prescriptive Authority in Colorado.
• 2 years experience in nephrology/cardiology/internal medicine (preferred).
• 1–2 years hospitalist experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Co-manage patients with chronic and acute kidney conditions.
• Round on patients and create assessment and plans.
• Consult with physicians as needed for patient care.
