Formación

• 2 years of experience in care of adults with chronic diseases or family medicine.
• Positive attitude and fun to work with.
• Ability to satisfy hospital requirements related to health and vaccination.
• Advance Nurse Practitioner education (ANP).
• Valid Colorado license as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Full Prescriptive Authority in the State of Colorado.
