Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Franciscan Health Hypertension & Nephrology in Lafayette, Indiana. The APP will see patients in the clinic and in outpatient dialysis units, rotating to outreach sites one to two days per week.

The ideal candidate has nephrology experience, focuses on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, and works collaboratively with physicians to deliver high-quality care.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree required.
• PA-C or NP certification required.
• BLS certification required.
