Franciscan Health is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Nephrology Physician to join our growing practice in Lafayette, IN. The provider will split time between clinic, rounding and dialysis clinic outreach locations, with travel to Crawfordsville and Rensselaer.

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, and will work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in nephrology, licensed in Indiana.
• Board certification or eligibility in nephrology required.
• Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across clinics and dialysis outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care across clinic, rounding and dialysis outreach locations.
• Coordinate with NP support to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure smooth operations.
