Job summary

MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta, ME is seeking a full-time BC/BE Nephrologist to join a four-physician team. The position features inpatient rounding at our state-of-the-art medical center and dialysis rounding at off-site locations in Gardiner, Skowhegan, Fairfield, and Augusta.

Outpatient clinic work occurs in Augusta and Waterville. The schedule is Monday–Friday with a manageable 1:5 weekday/weekend call and rotating holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible nephrologist with BC/BE designation.
• Includes ability to provide inpatient rounding and dialysis care.
• Active medical licensure in Maine or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient/hospital rounding at the Augusta center.
• Perform dialysis rounding at off-site locations (Gardiner, Skowhegan, Fairfield, Augusta).
• Outpatient clinic duties in Augusta and Waterville.
