Job summary

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Biology, Environmental Planning, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of directly related professional experience.
  • Experience preparing NEPA documents and environmental permits for capital projects.
  • Knowledge of ESA, Migratory Bird Treaty Act; experience with Section 7 consultations.
  • Professional competence with MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies to improve project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Write and review NEPA planning documents and supporting technical reports.
  • Prepare environmental permit applications and supporting documents.
  • Analyze effects of proposed actions on natural and built environments.
  • Coordinate with design teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide technical support for public engagement activities.
