Qualifications

• BS/MS in Civil Engineering, Biology, Archaeology, Geology, Environmental Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years of professional NEPA or permitting experience.
• Ability to review environmental documents for regulatory completeness.
• Experience with state and federal regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business development, operations and production effort for Environmental Planning and Permitting market.
• Prepare fee proposals, scope of work, budgets, and invoicing.
• Aid in NEPA documents and permit applications.
• Supervise staff and guide junior team members.
• Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
