Position Details:

• Ten 24-hour shifts per month with full NNP coverage
• Team of 3 FTE Neonatologists and 5 NNPs
• On-site coverage during patient rounds
• Procedures include NRP, intubation, umbilical lines, ventilator management, total body cooling, chest tube placement

Department Overview:

• 24/7 NNP support
• Level III 22-bed NICU with ADC of 8-10
• Care for patients as low as 23 weeks EGA
• Services include total body cooling, remote video EEG monitoring, HFOV
• Transport services to three other birthing hospitals in North Georgia
• Academic opportunities with internal medicine, family medicine residency programs, and the Medical College of Georgia
