We are seeking a Pediatrician for a practice opportunity in the Rome, GA area, just one hour from Atlanta. Details include:
- 100% outpatient, office-based work only, offering excellent work-life balance.
- No C-section deliveries, ER visits, hospital calls, rounds, or hospital work at all.
- Call schedule of 1:8, primarily Mommy calls, which is lighter than most practices that have 1:4 calls. Very low stress.
- Provide care for approximately 25 patients per day.
- Work five days a week (Monday to Friday).
- Work only one Saturday per month (9 am - 1 pm).
- No Sunday office hours.
- Eligible for Federal Loan Repayment Program up to $25,000 per year.
- Excellent support and hands-on training for the first several months, ideal for new graduates.
- Job stability with a 4-year contract, with longer options available.
- Located in a mid-sized city with a population of 110,000, close to Atlanta, with excellent schools and a low cost of living (index 85).
- State-of-the-art EMR system (MacPractice) that is easy to use.
- Dedicated nursing staff for procedures like shots; providers are not responsible for giving their own shots.
- Dedicated billing department; providers do not handle billing or charges.
- Easy access to pediatric subspecialists for patient referrals.

- No health insurance benefits are offered; however, the base salary is higher to compensate for this.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary of $200,000 plus bonuses. Consider the low cost of living and proximity to Atlanta—$200K in Rome is equivalent to $280K in Atlanta.
- Sign-on and relocation bonus of $25,000.
