Seeking a full-time BE/BC Pediatrician in West-Central Minnesota

Join an established pediatrics practice with two other full-time Pediatricians due to department growth. Our pediatricians provide comprehensive primary care services including:

• Child and teen well visits
• General pediatric visits
• Sports & activity physicals
• ADD & ADHD treatment in collaboration with local mental health facilities
• Attendance at C-sections, emergency situations, and high-risk deliveries

Practice Details

• Equitable on-call rotation, 1:4
• Dedicated Pediatric Department within a multi-specialty clinic with inpatient rounding on the Pediatric Floor and Newborn Nursery (hospital & clinic attached)
• Practice in a state-of-the-art, 6-year-old, $30 million medical facility

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary for the first 2 years, with additional compensation based on production
• Potential to earn above guaranteed salary with exceeded production hours
• 6 weeks paid time off during the guarantee period
