Job Details:

• The new physician will provide both inpatient and outpatient consultation for patients ranging from neonates to young adults. Responsibilities include reading EKGs, echos, Holters, and exercise tests.
• Ideal candidates will have strong echo skills and an interest in general pediatric cardiology.
• Referrals come from across the region, including 103 family medicine physicians and 22 pediatricians within the group, as well as a large non-group population.
• The practice currently has two physicians and collaborates with nearby tertiary centers for specialized needs and on-call coverage. The role reflects growth in pediatric cardiology, including fetal echo and preventive cardiology services.
• The Department of Cardiology offers comprehensive subspecialty services, including interventionists, noninvasive, and electrophysiology specialists.
• The division is recognized for outstanding quality, care, and service across an 18-county area.
• The practice is conveniently located on the campus of SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital.

• Features a 38-bed NICU and a 10-bed pediatric unit.
