Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This permanent role focuses on neonatal care across NICUs and newborn nursery patients, with opportunities to lead perinatal collaboration and family consultations.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.
• Minimum 2 years NICU experience.
• Excellent clinical skills with strong patient-centered care.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical research.
• Strong communication skills with families and caregivers.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for newborns, especially premature or with complications.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians and nurses for coordinated newborn care.
• Conduct clinical research contributing to neonatal medicine.
• Educate families and caregivers about the newborn's condition and care requirements.
• Participate in meetings and quality improvement activities to stay updated.
