Job summary
Jobot is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our NICU network and deliver high-quality newborn care. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, attend deliveries, and participate in rounds to support families and achieve optimal outcomes.
New graduates are welcome. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, with sign-on and relocation bonuses, full health benefits, PTO, student loan repayment, and flexible scheduling, including 24-hour shift bundles across Texas
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing required and valid RN licensure.
- NNP certification with NRP and PALS training.
- Strong NICU clinical skills and decision-making under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Attend deliveries and manage day-to-day NICU and newborn nursery care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care plans.
- Perform resuscitation, ventilator management, and stabilization as needed.
- Provide family education and participate in rounds and quality initiatives.
