Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) is seeking BC/BE, fellowship trained, Neonatologists to join our Faculty Practice team in Edison, New Jersey. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collegial group in a supportive environment and work with great colleagues and administrative team members. We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate neonatologists to join our level II NICU team at HMH JFK University Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to newborns and premature infants. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Starting Base Salary: $232,792

Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
