Base pay range

$234,000.00/yr - $239,000.00/yr

Opportunity Details
  • Clinical responsibility - attending high-risk deliveries and managing preterm and full-term newborns.
  • Precepting and supervising interns and residents, participating in hospital and department subcommittees including clinical, quality improvement, and resident education.
  • Supervising residents’ clinical performance, leading bedside discussions, and providing formal lectures.
  • Diagnosis and management of patients in Neonatal ICU at Harlem Hospital, a Level 3 NICU.
  • Call Schedule: 80 hours per 2-week cycle (average 40 hours/week), including day, night, and weekend calls.
  • Excellent work-life balance with defined clinical hours, administrative exposure, and opportunities in quality improvement projects.
