Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group, in partnership with Rapides Women’s and Children’s Hospital (RWCH), is seeking a Neonatologist to join our team in Alexandria, Louisiana. This role features a 7-on/7-off schedule with 24/7 in-house NNP coverage and a collaborative NICU model.

Our NICU cares for 1,500–2,000 deliveries annually, with newborn nursery rounds and NNP-led transport. You’ll work within a collegial, evidence-based team committed to high-quality neonatal care.

Qualifications

• BC Pediatrics is required.
• BE/BC Neonatology is required.

Responsibilities

• Join a dedicated and compassionate Neonatologist team.
• 7-on/7-off schedule.
