Pediatrix Medical Group in Alexandria, LA is seeking an experienced APRN to join a 34-bed Level III NICU, with a 2 Neonatologist/4 NNP model and in-house NNPs 24 hours. You’ll participate in newborn nursery rounds and collaborative care across NICU teams.

Located at Rapides Women's and Children's Hospital, the role emphasizes evidence-based protocols, quality improvement, and patient-centered care. A master's degree and APRN national certification are required, with sign-on and relocation
