Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Three years of nursing experience required.
• Current or compact RN licensure in North Carolina required.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise functions of the assigned patient care area on a 24-hour basis; ensure delivery of clinical care and compliance with policies.
• Contribute to development of clinical area strategic and operational plans; promote a professional practice model.
• Interface with patients and families to ensure care aligns with expectations and nursing processes are followed.
