Job summary

Hudson Regional Health in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a RN-Nursery-S for a full-time, varied shift to join the neonatal unit. The RN will assess, implement and evaluate patient care and coordinate with the health team to maximize the infant's independence and discharge readiness.

Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), valid NJ RN license, AHA BLS, and NRP; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• Valid NJ RN license, AHA-certified BLS and NRP credentials.
• 1-2 years of relevant neonatal nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement and evaluate delivery care for newborns.
• Coordinate care with rehabilitation staff to maximize infant development and discharge readiness.
• Provide patient and family education and collaborate with health care team.
