Job summary

Hudson Regional Health in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a RN-Nursery-S for a full-time, varied shift to join the neonatal unit. The RN will assess, implement and evaluate patient care and coordinate with the health team to maximize the infant's independence and discharge readiness.

Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), valid NJ RN license, AHA BLS, and NRP; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• Valid NJ RN license, AHA-certified BLS and NRP credentials.
• 1-2 years of relevant neonatal nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement and evaluate delivery care for newborns.

What You'll Be Doing

RN is responsible for assessing, implementing and evaluating the delivery care; the professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team which may include coordination of services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient's independence to return to their prior residence.

What We're Looking For

• Associates Degree in Nursing. BSN preferred
• Valid NJ RN License, AHA accredited BLS (Basic Life Support), and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
