Hudson Regional Health in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Pediatric RN for a full-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) with rotational weekend duties. The role delivers pediatric medical support under physician supervision, including vital signs, medications, and family communication.

Ideal candidates hold an NJ RN license, an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and BLS/PALS. Pediatric experience and strong customer service skills are highly valued.

Competenze

• RN license issued by the State of New Jersey (required).
• Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred.
• BLS and PALS certifications required/preferred.
• Prior pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Assess the pediatric patient and provide initial care under physician direction.
• Identify changes in symptoms and intervene in emergencies.
• Participate in pain management for pediatric patients.
• Administer medications, draw blood, and immunize per guidelines.
• Monitor vital signs and document in medical records.
• Evaluate for signs of abuse and ensure patient safety.
• Provide supportive care to dying children and family counseling.
• Collaborate with families to address questions and care plans.
