The role requires RN licensure with leadership experience; a Bachelor's is preferred, plus required certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP, fetal monitoring). This position is full-time, days, 8 hours per shift.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certification within 90 days and maintain current
• NRP certification upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Fetal monitoring within 60 days of hire
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certificate preferred
• STABLE certificate within 90 days and maintain current
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the discipline or master's degree.

Aufgaben

• Oversee neonatal program operations, staff performance, and program development.
• Lead Neonatal Program Oversight meetings and collaborate with the Neonatal Medical Director and nursing leaders to ensure policy and QA implementation.
