Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with Tennessee registration.
• Graduate of an approved RT program with relevant transport experience preferred.
• Strong airway management and critical care skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to neonatal and pediatric patients during transport.
• Manage respiratory needs: airway, NIV, and invasive ventilation per protocol.
• Collaborate with nurses and EMTs to coordinate patient care on transport.
• Perform arterial punctures, lab draws, and monitor POCT results.
