Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to interpret care plans, assess patient decisions, and ensure safe, competent nursing care. The role includes individualized patient care and ongoing evaluation for groups of patients.

Position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus (current WDH RNs not eligible). Salary range is $38.71–$67.87 per hour, based on experience. Schedule is 24 hours weekly, onsite at 789 Central Avenue.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN state license with BLS required; ACLS and other certifications preferred.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess and plan care.
• Modify treatment plans as indicated by patient response.
