Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors for reactions or side effects.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs accurately.
• Monitors, records, and reports symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborates with nurse managers and staff to assess staff learning needs and competencies.
• Demonstrates best practices and provides guidance for nursing staff to follow.
• May participate on teams and/or perform special projects and assignments.
