Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for a per diem, onsite role in Dover, NH. The nurse will provide safe, individualized patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to support clinical decisions.

Education includes an RN license with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. BLS is required; NRP and PALS are preferred. Two to three years of clinical nursing experience is expected.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing required/preferred.
Registered Nurse license (RN) required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
NRP and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate reports and records.
Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
Record patients' vital signs and clinical data.
Monitor, triage, and report changes in patient conditions.
Coordinate with care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
Adjust care plans based on patient response.
