Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7pm–7am), 36 hours weekly. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Pay ranges from $38.71 to $67.87 hourly based on experience and qualifications.

The RN will assess patients, coordinate care with the healthcare team, and ensure safe, evidence-based nursing care while documenting and reporting findings.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in state; BLS required; ACLS, NRP, PALS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, document, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and changing conditions.
