MedStar Health in Olney, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care from admission to discharge. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and ensure safe outcomes.

Required ADN with 1-2 years RN experience; BSN preferred. Licensure, CPR, and unit-specific certifications are required or time-bound. This position is full-time and on-site with competitive hourly pay.

Formación

• 1-2 years RN experience required
• RN state licensure required
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days
• E-CFM certification within 12-15 months depending on role

Responsabilidades

• Assess and plan nursing care from admission through discharge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families to coordinate care delivery.
• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and advocate for patients.
• Discharge planning and teaching to patients and families.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives and meetings.
