Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for our Garden City, Kansas practice on a per diem basis in a Level II NICU. The role covers 24-hour shifts including in-house rounding and on-call coverage.

Ideal candidate holds current APRN national certification, a master's degree, and an active Kansas license or compact eligibility, with at least one year of NNP experience. Per diem benefits include furnished local housing for the 16-hour on-call portion, travel coverage for

• Minimum 1 year of neonatal experience.
• Neonatal NP coverage in Level II NICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal NP coverage in a Level II NICU in Garden City, KS.
• Perform rounds in-house and participate in on-call coverage.
• Coordinate with neonatologists via telemedicine for daily supervision.
• Support per diem scheduling with available consecutive shifts.

• Per Diem ** Seeking Neonatal Nurse Practioners (NNP) for our Garden City, Kansas Practice - Apply Today!
• Level II NICU
• 24 hour shift: coverage includes rounding inhouse, on-call
• Minimum of 10 chest tube inserts/case logs in past 24 months
• Neonatologist supervision provided daily via telemedicine coverage.
• Ideal candidate has ongoing availability for consecutive shifts of coverage during a scheduling request.

• Minimum of 1 Year's Experience
• This direct per diem position does offer furnished local housing for on 16 hour on call portion of the shift.
