Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Baltimore, MD, to provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary health team, conducting assessments, and educating families about complex medical conditions.
Qualified candidates will hold a relevant Master's or Doctorate degree, RN license, and have a minimum of 3 years of acute care experience in a NICU. A commitment to inclusive healthcare delivery in a supportive environment is essential.
The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal Physician Assistant works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team and is responsible for providing comprehensive and age-appropriate care to both well and/or ill patients. The NNP or PA educates patients' families and/or intervenes in acute or chronic illnesses. The NNP or PA practices within their scope as defined by their education, specialty certification and the guidelines of the unit, department and institution. The NNP or PA is granted affiliate staff privileges by the Johns Hopkins Hospital Medical Board; these privileges reviewed during re-credentialing.

Rotating, Days and Nights, Weekends and Holidays
Minimum 60.93/hour - Maximum 94.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
