Job summary

Nemours St. Francis Neonatology team seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Level II NICU in Wilmington, DE. This position offers part-time or full-time hours, with day, evening and weekend shifts in a collaborative pediatric setting.

• At least 2 years of Neonatal NP/PA experience.
• Delivery room and NICU experience required.
• Active Delaware APN license or PA license.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-line neonatal care in a Level II NICU and delivery room.
• Assesses newborns, conducts exams, and participates in rounds.
• Orders labs and studies, and initiates interventions with the neonatology team.
• Interacts with families, documents care, and coordinates with attending physicians.
