Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification as required by the department.

Responsibilities

• Obtain health history and perform physical assessments.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and order appropriate pharmacological therapies.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and follow-up.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and protocol updates.
• Document thoroughly in the medical record to support billing and care.
