Qualifications

• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification when required by the Department.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains health history, performs assessments, and implements treatment plans.
• Educates clients on medical conditions and collaborates with staff.
• Participates in community outreach and leads initiatives.
• Interacts with patients in a respectful and timely manner.
• Engages in quality improvement and develops clinical programs.
