Pay Range (Base Pay): $150,000 - $195,000 based on years of experience as licensed NNP.

Team members at least 21 years old and are active full‑time or part‑time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team members who meet the plan’s minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.
Team members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
