Pediatrix is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our wellâestablished, highly respected team at Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan. Our Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) are fully integrated members of the care team and play a vital role in clinical decisionâmaking, quality initiatives, and delivery room management—making a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team culture.

NNP Position Highlights

• 54âbed Level III NICU with a busy, highâacuity case mix
• Average daily census of 35–40 patients
