Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized care for newborns across NICU and newborn units. The role includes delivery attendance and day-to-day patient management within a collaborative, high-acuity environment.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN, NNP certification, and NRP/PALS, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current RN licensure and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification in state of practice.
• Minimum experience as an Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or equivalent neonatal physician experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to newborns in the NICU and newborn nursery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan care for each patient.
• Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization as needed.
• Coordinate parental education and counseling for newborn care.
