Job summary

Jobot in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide expert newborn care across NICUs. New grads welcome, with a competitive salary and sign-on/relocation bonuses. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current RN licensure and NNP certification in the state of practice.
• Minimum years of experience as an NNP or equivalent neonatal physician experience.
• Excellent clinical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• NRP and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to newborns in NICU and newborn nursery.
• Attend deliveries and participate in multi-disciplinary rounds.
• Ventilator management, nutrition management, and lab review.
• Coordinate parental education and support families.
• Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.

Education

Master's degree in Nursing

RN licensure

NNP certification (state of practice)

Minimum years of experience as NNP or physician in neonatal setting

Excellent clinical skills

Strong communication/interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Proficiency in EMR and MS Office

NRP and PALS certification
