Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas seeks a Neonatal/Maternal Program Manager RN to supervise newborn and maternal care from admission to discharge and contribute to QA/QI programs. You will assist the Medical Director with policy development, staff training, and QAPI activities, aligning program phases and reporting to leadership.

RN license and a BSN are required; 5+ years of relevant experience; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• RN license required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in neonatal/maternal programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the neonatal/maternal program.
• Lead QA/QI initiatives and participate in QAPI activities.
• Assist Medical Director with policy development and staff training.
• Prepare budgets and participate in scheduling and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.
