The ideal candidate has NJ RN license, BLS, NRP, and NICU experience; BSN preferred. Per-diem nights from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with flexible weekend coverage may apply.

Qualificações

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing and BLS certification.
• NRP certification preferred or required.
• 1–2 years NICU experience preferred; BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive newborn assessments and monitor vitals.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory and supporting staff to coordinate care.
• Document care in electronic medical records accurately.
• Educate families about care plans and discharge instructions.
