Allegheny Health Network's Natrona Heights ICU unit is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and deliver direct care and education to patients in a high-acuity environment.

The role requires PA RN licensure or eNLC, CPR certification, and completion of required background clearances (Act 34/33/73 and FBI fingerprinting).

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through eNLC.
• CPR certification – American Heart Association.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate; Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate; Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Performs a comprehensive patient assessment to identify patient needs.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive plan of care.
• Performs and documents direct patient care and patient education.
• Identifies and responds to patient condition to achieve positive outcomes.
• Directs and delegates care provided by ancillary team members.
