Qualifications

• RN licensure in Missouri or equivalent
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required
• 2-5 years of nursing experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages staff by hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and coaching.
• Helps develop staffing, budgets and ensures goals align with department leadership.
• Provides patient care planning and documents per policy.
• Ensures staffing needs and makes nursing assignments including overtime.
