Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN degree or currently enrolled in BSN program.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 1 year of hire.
• Ability to complete competency assessment for a Critical Care setting within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicates patient progress and critical findings to physicians and care team.
• Plans, implements, and documents the care plan with other disciplines for safe, efficient care.
• Performs nursing assessments and reassessments per policy.
• Administers medications following the six rights and maintains medication safety.
