Mountain View Hospital is seeking a NICU Manager to oversee the comprehensive neonatal unit, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care around the clock. The role includes leadership of clinical, operational, and administrative functions, staffing, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities cover directing NICU patient care, policy development, performance improvement, data analysis, and collaboration with physicians and leadership to optimize outcomes and resource use.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current, active RN license in the State of Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for the NICU and department operations.
• Directs delivery of patient care within the NICU to promote safety and quality.
• Establishes goals, priorities, and staffing plans to address patient care needs and organizational priorities.
• Develops, reviews, and maintains NICU policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensures compliance with policies, standards, regulations, CMS requirements, and quality and safety targets.
• Monitors clinical outcomes and staff performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
• Leads performance improvement initiatives, collecting data and evaluating outcomes.
• Analyzes clinical, operational, and quality data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
